Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mapmode and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

I bought Mapmode+ but the app is locked.

On the Mapmode+ screen, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Mapmode work with CarPlay?

Yes, with an active Mapmode+ subscription or lifetime purchase.
